Countries and delivery costs
Deliveries of both digital content and physical goods are only possible within the EU and Switzerland. We generally charge no shipping costs for digital content or physical goods. All deliveries within EU and to Switzerland are thus free of charge (or shipping costs are included in the sale price).
Delivery of physical goods:
The delivery of the goods takes place within the delivery time specified in the article description and begins with receipt of your order with us. The delivery time for deliveries to Switzerland is extended by a further 5 days.
Note that on Sundays and public holidays, delivery is usually not available.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. The delivery time is determined in this case after the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
Delivery of digital content:
For digital content and physical goods, which is also delivered as a download or by email, there are no shipping costs.
Offered digital content (e.g., Game Code, Time Card, Product Keys) is generally transmitted electronically. The associated software or activation instructions required for installation or use will also be provided for download free of charge.
Downloadable articles can be downloaded via a link provided via email and in the invoice. The sending of this e-mail with access data for the execution of the download takes place on a successful payment usually immediately after the receipt of payment. You will be informed about the provision by e-mail.
